"Great little villa, clean, quiet yet easy enough to get out and about. Customer service upon check in and check out was excellent and easy to contact in event of any issues (none). Cleaning staff and pool staff came through during our stay. A prior review suggested electricity charges are expensive/too much. Price per unit is market rate. We were also shown the meter box and we could easily track usage...

"“The villa is magic. Much nicer than in the photo, very spacious and with a lovely outdoor area with a swimming pool. They provide you with drinks at arrival, towels and welcome kit for the shower. Villa is in a great location
"Anne’s place is exactly like the pictures. The place was quiet and away from tourist. There’s a small bar right next door and the people there are super friendly. Villa is in a great location as it’s only about 15-20 mins drive to Big Buddha, Ya Nui beach and Nai Harn beach. Highly recommended these beaches if you are in Rawai. Overall, the stay was comfortable and amazing. Thank Anne"
